Yes. You may deposit cash over $20,000.

For cash deposits less than $20,000 you must use the ATM. Learn more here.

If you only have a Credit Card with us, you will have to visit a branch to make Credit Card Payments.

For customers with a Scotiabank Savings or Chequing Account AND a Scotiabank Credit Card, you must use Scotia OnLine Banking or the Scotia Caribbean Mobile App to make your Credit Card Payments. Learn more here.

If you only have a Personal Loan or Mortgage with us, you will have to visit a branch to make your loan or mortgage payments.

For customers with a Scotiabank Savings or Chequing Account AND a Scotiabank Loan or Mortgage, it is recommended you setup a pre-authorized, recurring debit from your Savings or Chequing Account to save you time and keep you on track with your payments.

All personal banking customers must visit the branch in person to make wire transfers. This feature is currently not available using OnLine Banking.
