Telephone banking gives you the freedom to bank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any touch-tone phone in the country. If you have a ScotiaCard with at least one Scotiabank account linked to it, you can access telephone banking by calling our number today.

Only you can obtain your account information once we confirm both your ScotiaCard number and self-selected Access Code. As an added security feature, you can change your Access Code at any time to further protect your account information
Know that Scotiabank will never unexpectedly phone or e-mail you asking for your Access Code, Personal Identification Number (PIN), credit card or account numbers, or other such information
Do not divulge your telephone banking Access Code to anyone and report any suspicious requests to Scotiabank immediately at 627-2684 or 625- PLUS (please dial 868 before the number if you are calling from overseas
Requirements
To register and access telephone banking, all you need is your ScotiaCard.
When paying bills, ensure that you have the paper version with you, as the last three digits of the account number of each bill will be necessary for payment.
