Scotiabank NextGen Cricket Development Programme

 

We've taken our support of cricket and our young people to the next level with the NextGen Cricket Development Programme. In addition to the Zonal Tournament, this programme  will provide workshops to under-13 and under-15 cricketers focused on physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development.

Here's how the programme works

The 2023 edition of the Scotiabank NextGen Cricket Development Programme, will focus on the overall development of young cricketers and will consist of a series of workshops for both under-15 and under- 13 players. These workshops will be facilitated by highly qualified persons in the fields of:

  • Time Management
  • Goal Setting and Problem Solving
  • Child Protection
  • Leadership and Communication
  • Nutrition
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Financial Management
  • Fair Play and Citizenship
  • Anti-Doping and Drug Abuse
  • Public Speaking and Managing the Media
