Pay a bill with the Scotia Caribbean App.

Follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Launch the app and sign in

Launch the Scotia Caribbean app and sign in. Depending on your security settings, you will need to verify your identity through FACE ID, Touch ID or by entering a verification code, that is sent to your registered email.

You should receive your verification code in your email's inbox immediately. If you don't see it, check your spam and/or promotions folder. If after a couple minutes, it's still not there, click the "Send me a verification code" link.

Step 2 - Go to the Pay tab

Tap on the "Pay" icon at the bottom of your screen, to view the payment options.

Step 3 - Select bill payments

Select "Bill Payments" to view your list of previously added Payees.

Step 4 - Select a Payee

Select a Payee from your list of previously added Payees. Payees must be added beforehand in order to appear in your Payee options.

Step 5 - Enter payment details

Enter the amount that you would like to pay and choose the account that you would like the payment to come from.

From: Select the account that you would like the payment to come from.

Use your ScotiaCard™ Visa Debit when making bill payments online. If you use your Credit Card to pay your bills viaOnLine Banking, please note this is treated as a cash advance.

Amount: Enter the amount that you would like to pay

Frequency: Make a one-time payment or setup recurring payments, using this option.

Date: Choose to pay today or a date in the future.

Step 6 - Slide to pay

Verify that the information that you entered is correct and then slide to pay. You will the receive a payment confirmation and a reference number that you can keep for your records.
