Terms and Conditions.

1.Definitions

• “Bank" “we”, “us” or “our” means Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited.

• “Identifier” means the Scotiabank Premium Professionals Club identifier issued to You by the Bank.

• “Scotiabank Premium Professional Club” refers to the program offered by the Bank to qualifying Customers.

• “Terms” means the terms and conditions of the Scotiabank Premium Professionals Club as set out herein

• “You” or “Your” or “Member” means the person to whom a Scotiabank Premium Professional Club has been issued by the Bank

• “Fee” means the monthly fee payable by you to be a Member of the Scotiabank Premium Professional Club

2.Members of the Scotiabank Premium Professionals Club shall receive certain benefits at various participating Firms and/or service providers in Trinidad and Tobago. The benefits that Members receive through their membership of the Scotiabank Premium Professionals Club are subject to change from time to time.

3.These Terms apply to the Program. If You enroll it means that you have read these Terms and that You understand and agree to the Terms and to the payment of the Fee.

4.Notwithstanding any other section of the Terms, the posting of the current version of the Terms at [https://tt.scotiabank.com/tt-pb/exceptional-service/scotia-premium-professional-club-tt.html] is deemed notice to You of the Terms, where notice is required or permitted to be given hereunder. The Terms are subject to change at any time by the Bank and advanced notification as required by regulations would be provided to customers and the updated terms and conditions would be posted on the website.

5.The Bank may communicate with You regarding any matter related to the Program via mail, via telephone or via electronic communication. All electronic communications to You from the Bank are deemed to be delivered upon the date of posting or dissemination.

6.The Identifier is for your exclusive use and is non-transferable. Benefits will be available only to You.

7.Benefits and/or discounts shall only be made available to You when you present Your Identifier along with a valid form of identification at participating Firms.

8.The Bank reserves its right at any time, and in its absolute discretion to refuse or revoke membership to the Scotiabank Premium Professionals Club.

9.The Bank reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, modify or in any way change at any time, without notice, any benefits previously offered to You. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation or modifications. In the event of such changes, the Bank will endeavour to notify Members.

10.Benefits offered to Members provided by third parties with which the Bank has agreements, are subject to the terms and conditions of the third parties providing such benefits. You acknowledge and agree that although every effort will be made by the Bank to ensure that the benefits are available, the Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the provision or non-provision whether in whole or in part, of any such benefits.

11.Any waiver by the Bank of the strict observance, performance or compliance by you of any of these Terms and Conditions either expressly or by course of conduct, will not alter, affect or prejudice any of the Bank’s other rights or remedies and will be effective only in the specific instance and for the propose for which it was given, and will not be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights and remedies for which it was given, and will not be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights and remedies arising in respect of any other  breach of these terms. No delay or omission by us in exercising any right or remedy hereunder will operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.

12.These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
