Note: Online withdrawal requests are limited to one every three (3) months; the amount requested must be less than or equal to TTD $15,000; the minimum withdrawal allowed on a policy is TTD $1,000†

Step 1. Send us an email.
Step 2. Your email should include your full name, policy type, and if you wish to withdraw, increase/decrease premium payments or pause payments. Note: If you're requesting a withdrawal from your policy, please include the amount you wish to withdraw.
Step 3. You'll receive confirmation indicating that your request has been successfully submitted.
Step 4. A representative from Scotia Insurance will be in contact to confirm your request and verify your information.
