About the speakers

Riad has over 10 years experience in banking having held positions at various levels of Corporate & Commercial Banking. He is currently the Snr. Manager & Head of Business Banking for Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Management with a specialization in Finance (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Finance both from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. He is also a Certified Management Accountant & Chartered Professional Accountant.

Among his accomplishments is his contribution to upskilling others as a former Tutor and Guest Lecturer of undergraduate Finance courses at University of the West Indies (UWI), St, Augustine Campus.
