Frequently asked questions on Club S membership

Club-S is a Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Programme that provides bank and non-bank benefits to our customers whose salary are assigned to their Payroll Access Account.

Payroll Access Account holders whose salary is assigned are eligible to join Club-S.

Open a Payroll Access Account or convert your existing account to a Payroll Access Account. Ensure that your salary is assigned to this account.

As a club-s member: 

  • No Monthly Fee,
  • No Scotiabank ATM Fees (payroll a/c only)
  • Unlimited self-service transactions
  • No POS Fee (payroll a/c only)
  • No Fees in 1st year for all approved credit cards
  • Scotia Lines: No Fees in 1st year for all approved ScotiaLine Gold accounts
  • 50% discount on Application Fee for Mortgages & SPLs
  • 50% discount on Mortgage Appraisal Fees 
  • Access to pre-approved offers

You can visit your home branch and request to convert your existing account to the Payroll Access Account in order to receive your Club-S card and related benefits.

You will need to present your Club-S card and use either your SBTT debit or credit card in order to benefit from the discounts or offers.

The benefits of Club-s card are only redeemable by the primary account holder. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for further details.

The Club-S card is for retail primary customers only.

Visit your home branch. A new card and number will be issued.

You will need the following documents:

  • One piece of valid government issued identification, with photograph and signature. For example: Passport, National ID Card, Driver’s License
  • Proof of address: Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old), Bank Account Statement (no more than 3 months old), Copy of lease or letter from landlord (if applicable)
  • Recent Job letter (no more than 3 months old) or last payslip

Two reference letters for non-residents Banker's reference or bank statement

You salary must be assigned to the Payroll Access Account with Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited in order to receive the Club-S membership benefits.

 

You must have an active Payroll Access Account receiving salary deposits and which is in good standing (not in arrears).
