About this year's event.
Thank you for your support of the Scotiabank Women against breast cancer 5k over the past 22 years. It’s because of you we have been able to help up to 20,000 women with free breast cancer screening. We know that this event means a lot to you and it also means a lot to us that we have been able to raise awareness for breast cancer, a disease that affects so many.
Our new reality means it is unsafe for us to gather in person and as we continue to lead the way in digital banking, it is only fitting that we pivot digital with our flagship event – the SWABC 5k. We’re happy to launch the 2020 Virtual SWABC 5K; a new way!
Everyone is welcome to register and participate. Men, women, children, grandparents, EVERYONE! This year promises to be a memorable one (it already is)! Join us for Yoga, Zumba, High Intensity Interval Training and an event specially planned for our participants with limited mobility (for e.g. using a wheelchair)
Let’s do this!
