Over the last 22 years, the Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Foundation has raised awareness and funds to help over 20,000 women gain access to FREE Breast Cancer screening.

This would not have been possible without your continued support and contributions. This year,  we're doing it ONLINE and participation is FREE!

Now, EVERYONE - men, women children grandparents and persons with limited mobility - can join us as we raise awareness and funds to help more persons access breast cancer screening.

Join us as we wrap up Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Saturday 31st October, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, via live stream on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

DJ Private Ryan

DJ Private Ryan will engage this year's participants with Press Play Quarantine Vibes! 

Ryan Alexander more commonly known as DJ Private Ryan is an internationally acclaimed, well respected, and sought-after Caribbean DJ. DJ Private Ryan has built a dedicated global audience both on and offline which he uses to promote music from the Caribbean region. His podcasts boasts of over sixteen million (16,000,000) downloads, while his social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Sound cloud) have attracted more than two hundred and seventy thousand (270,000) followers.

Kaylan Bartholomew is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Hatha Yoga Instructor and a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher who helps her clients make healthier choices for themselves and their families creating a balanced and joyful life.

Zumba® with Nadia and Zumba® with Andy possess 13 years combined experience as Zumba® Fitness Instructors. They are passionate about encouraging everyone to bring the best version of themselves to every class. 

Jeanna

6 years ago Jenna made the brave decision to leave her successful career and pursue her lifelong passion for fitness. Jenna, who is trained in pre and postnatal fitness and nutrition, is able to guide women safely through diet and exercising during their pregnancies and help repair and heal the body safely after baby.  Her gym is a safe space for positivity, support, motivation and all round great vibes.

In 2015, Priya opened an outpatient clinic, PreHab Services Ltd focused on preventative and rehabilitative therapies. She enjoys working with the adult and elderly population; treating patients with physical dysfunctions, neurological disorders, mental health disorders and also provides home health services. Priya is currently the Chairperson of the Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Therapy Board on the Council of Professions Related to Medicine. She is passionate about her profession and continues to raise awareness and advocate for OT services for persons of all abilities.

Music by DJ Ana

DJ Ana will join us as the feature DJ for all exercise segments.

Ana – Leesa Asita Ramnarine, popularly known as DJ Ana, has been a DJ since she was 8 years old. At the age of 27, her accomplishments are numerous for an individual in her age category.

DJ Ana has been on radio since the age of 16 as a DJ/Announcer. Her radio experience began with her Saturday morning primetime shift on an urban radio station “Next 99.1 FM”. She continued to DJ whilst being a student of the Faculty of Law LLB program at the University of the West Indies.

She is currently a radio announcer/DJ on Hott 93.5FM where she works on the afternoon drive time shift –“The Glam Jam “from 3-6pm and “Friday Night Live” on Friday nights from 6-9pm. She is also the host of popular “6ix in the City” program on national TV Network “TV6.”

Join us as we wrap up Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Saturday 31st October, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, via live stream, with four, 30 min exercise segments (1) Yoga (2) Zumba (3) High Intensity Interval Training (4) Limited Mobility (modified exercises for persons with disabilities) and 30 min entertainment by DJ Private Ryan - Press Play Quarantine Vibes. DJ Ana will provide music for all 4 exercise segments. Let’s do this!   

This year we’re doing it all ONLINE. You can participate from the comfort and safety of your home (either your living room, garage, home gym or even your back yard) :) Join us via Instagram, Facebook or YouTube on Sat 31st Oct, 2020 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm

This year, there’s no need to walk/ run a 5K. The event will take place 100% ONLINE. There are 4 exercise segments that you can participate in or choose from! Yoga, Zumba, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and a special segment for persons with limited mobility. 

PLUS we’ve added LIVE entertainment at the end - to make up a total of 5 segments - with DJ Private Ryan, for those of you who wish to stay on and lime with their families from the safety of your home.

There are no commemorative t-shirts on sale. As we continue to do our part to observe social distancing protocols and reduce touch points, there will also be no medals or goodie bags distributed this year.
