Let's get started.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Sign in to Scotia OnLine Banking
Go to Scotia OnLine, enter your card number or username, password and click the "sign in" button to continue.
You should receive your verification code in your email's inbox immediately. If you don't see it, check your spam and/or promotions folder. If after a couple minutes, it's still not there, click the "Send me a verification code" link.
Step 2 - Go to Manage Payees
Click on "Pay" in the red navigation bar at the top of the page and select "Manage Payees" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 - Add a new Payee
From the "Manage Payee" page, click on the little grey icon, that looks like a person, to add a new Payee.
Step 4 - Choose an available Payee
Select a Payee from the short list of most popular Payees or use the search bar to add another.
Step 5 - Enter your account number
Carefully enter your account number for the Payee you wish to add.
Step 6 - Verify that it's you
At this point, you would need to verify that it's you through one of our verification processes.
Depending on your security settings, you will have to verify through any one of the following:
Email: An authentication code would be sent to your email address. You Copy the code and enter it in the field and click confirm.
TouchID: A push notification would appear on your smartphone from the Scotia Caribbean app. Click on it and verify your identity using TouchID.
FaceID: A push notification would appear on your smartphone from the Scotia Caribbean app. Click on it and verify your identity using FaceID.
Step 7 - Congrats! You've successfully added a Payee
You should now receive a notification letting you know that you’ve successfully added a Payee.
